Pastry Chef Justin Huleatt

Inspired by seasonality, childhood favorites, and his mother’s cooking and baking, Justin Huleatt brings passion and creativity as Pastry Chef at Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar at the Westin Governor Morris in Morristown, New Jersey. Born and raised in New Jersey, Justin started in the restaurant business at an early age.

Justin attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and graduated with Honors with an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Restaurant and Hotel Management.

After graduating from the CIA, Justin worked under the tutelage of Master Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek at The Grand Floridian in Walt Disney World Florida. Justin held the position of Pastry cook at Copeland Restaurant at the Westin Governor Morris under Pastry Chef Michael Zebrowski. Justin led the helm as Pastry Chef at Restaurant Associates at Goldman Sachs in New York City with Chef Innovator Ed Brown, Il Capriccio Ristorante with Tony Grande, The Ryland Inn in White House Station and Chakra Restaurant in Paramus under Chef Thomas Ciszak.

Justin was featured in Food Director Magazine “Baked Goods That Pop” and has participated in several Charity events including the Chefs Tableside Dinner to benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.
