Spring Farm to Table Four Course Wine Dinner

Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar features a Spring Farm to Table Four Course Wine Dinner on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 7pm for $99 per person before tax and gratuity.

Sam Roe, Regional Manager from Terlato Wines, will feature an amazing journey through four countries. Some of the wines presented will be M. Chapoutier Chateauneuf de Pape, Le Bernardine, Gaja Ca’Marcanda Magari, Super-Tuscan, and David Bruce Chardonnay, Russian River.

Enjoy a special 4 course menu paired with the 5 wines selected. Seating is limited.  The tasting begins promptly at 7:00pm, and guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling.  Reservation cutoff date is March 28, 2017.  For reservations and additional information please call 973-451-2619.

The Breakfast Buffet will be served from 6:30am to 1:00pm on Sundays. At 12 noon, the bar will be open for the bar menu.  Enjoy an $8 mimosa, Bloody Mary, or house Champagne available all day starting after 12 noon.

The Daily Breakfast Buffet will be served from 6:30am to 10:30am Mon.- Sat.

Bourbon and Blues Night

The Last Thursday of Every Month

The next Bourbon and Blues Night is Stranahan’s Rocky Mountain Single Malt Whiskey from Colorado on Thursday, March 30th.

Meet Stranahan’s Brand Ambassador, who will sample their acclaimed spirits. Then, enjoy one of our artisan cocktails crafted with the bourbons.  Chef Bobby will create a special pairing with the Whiskey.

  • Signature Cocktails and Chef creations – after 5pm
  • Live Music (Iron City Jazz and Blues Band) – 7pm to 10pm

We are extending our outreach program through all of 2017!  For every soup sold this year, Blue Morel will donate $1 to the Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center of Morristown.

The Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center provides nutritious meals in a warm, safe, and caring environment, free of charge, no questions asked to anyone who comes seeking nourishment.
