Sunday Oktoberfest

Every Sunday from 4pm to 9pm to the end of October, Chef Thomas Ciszak and Chef Dennis Mathews welcome you to celebrate the arrival of the harvest with German inspired Oktoberfest dishes featuring veal schnitzel, pork shank, bratwurst, spätzle and more. In addition to the Oktoberfest faire, you will find our favorites from the Crab Cakes (Named Best Crab Cakes in New Jersey) to our Chili Cinnamon Chilean Sea Bass, vegetarian and gluten free options.

We selected over 50 wines by the bottle offered at 50% off on Sunday evenings.

Meet Glenfiddich Brand Ambassador, who will offer a free tasting of their most prized single malt.  Then, enjoy one of our artisan cocktails crafted with the spirit.  Chef Dennis will create small plates to pair perfectly with the whisky.  We will offer the Glenfiddich 26 YR for $26 for the first 10 people.

Laphroaig 4 Course Scotch Tasting and Dinner

Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar features a Laphroaig 4 Course Scotch Dinner, on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 7pm for $99 per person before tax and gratuity.  Chef Dennis Mathews will pair a 4 course menu with the Laphroaig 10, Quarter Cask, Triple Cask and Lore.  Guests will be welcomed with a Scotch Cocktail. Glenfiddich 4 Course Scotch Tasting and Dinner

On Tuesday October 12, 2017 at 7:00pm, Chef Dennis Mathews will create a special 4 course dinner paired with Glenfiddich 14, 15, 18, and 21 Year. The tasting will be led by Glenfiddich Brand Ambassador, Allan Roth.

The first 12 guests to reserve will experience a unique deconstruction seminar of the Glenfiddich 21 YR starting at 6pm.

$99 per person before tax and gratuity.

Extended Sunday Breakfast Buffet

The Breakfast Buffet will be served from 6:30am to 1:00pm on Sundays. At 12 noon, the bar will be open for the bar menu.  Enjoy an $8 mimosa, Bloody Mary, or house Champagne available all day starting after 12 noon.

The Daily Breakfast Buffet will be served from 6:30am to 10:30am Mon.- Sat.

We are extending our outreach program through all of 2017!  For every soup sold this year, Blue Morel will donate $1 to the Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center of Morristown.

The Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center provides nutritious meals in a warm, safe, and caring environment, free of charge, no questions asked to anyone who comes seeking nourishment.
