Hudson Whiskey Four Course Dinner

Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar features a Hudson Whiskey Four Course Dinner led by Founder, Ralph Erenzo, on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 7pm for $99 per person before tax and gratuity.

Enjoy a special 4 course menu paired with 4 whiskies and bourbons. Seating is limited.  The tasting begins promptly at 7:00pm, and guests will be welcomed with a barrel aged cocktail (as shown in the photo on the left).  Reservation cutoff date is June 6, 2017.  For reservations and additional information please call 973-451-2619.

Extended Sunday Breakfast Buffet (except Father’s Day)

The Breakfast Buffet will be served from 6:30am to 1:00pm on Sundays. At 12 noon, the bar will be open for the bar menu.  Enjoy an $8 mimosa, Bloody Mary, or house Champagne available all day starting after 12 noon.

The Daily Breakfast Buffet will be served from 6:30am to 10:30am Mon.- Sat.

Every Sunday from 4pm to 9pm, Blue Morel features a special 3 Course menu for $34 per person.  Enjoy Blue Morel favorites with family and friends during our Sunday Supper. We selected over 50 wines by the bottle offered at 50% off on Sunday evenings.

Please note: Sushi and Seafood raw bar is not available on Sundays.  The menu will vary each week based on seasonal availability.

Blue Morel Community Outreach

We are extending our outreach program through all of 2017!  For every soup sold this year, Blue Morel will donate $1 to the Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center of Morristown.

The Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center provides nutritious meals in a warm, safe, and caring environment, free of charge, no questions asked to anyone who comes seeking nourishment.
